4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Purchases

The Service may allow you to purchase Game Coin packs ("Virtual Items") using real money: Welcome Pouch (2,500 Game Coins), Neon Stack (10,000 Game Coins), and Night Vault (25,000 Game Coins). Available packs, prices, and payment terms are displayed in the store before purchase. You acknowledge and agree that:

Virtual Items are not real currency and have no monetary value;

Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value;

Virtual Items are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms;

All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-transferable;

We may modify, manage, regulate, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

Refund Policy: Where required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws, you may have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided that you have not used the Virtual Items. To request a refund, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your use of payment services is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

5. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the Service and our business.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content you post and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful, offensive, or illegal.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination:

You will lose access to your account and any Virtual Items associated with it;

You will not be entitled to a refund of any Virtual Items purchased, except where required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
